MITER Brands in Nokomis, FL seeks a 2nd shift manufacturing supervisor to lead the production line from 5:00pm to 1:30am, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. You will coach team members, ensure safety and quality, and drive efficiency on the line.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a manufacturing leadership role, a Lean mindset, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency. College degree preferred.
