Manufacturing Engineer
Our client, a leading Energy Technology and Manufacturing company, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering Department supporting Production, Operations Excellence (OpEx), Training, Maintenance, and Manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Gibsonton, FL 33534 Pay Range: $35 - $40/hour
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes that meet customer specifications and quality requirements.
- Support ceramic core and injection molding manufacturing operations while troubleshooting process-related issues.
- Perform root cause analysis on production defects and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor yield, throughput, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) metrics to improve operational performance.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Production, Training, Maintenance, and Manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with an engineering degree OR 10 years of manufacturing experience without a degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in injection molding, high-pressure molding, wax injection, or ceramic manufacturing.
- Experience developing work instructions, training materials, and process documentation.
- Strong root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvement experience.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card) status required due to ECC/ITAR regulations.
