CNC Mill Machinist

Job Title

Pharmaworks, part of Pro Mach, is looking for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join its team at the Odessa, FL facility. The role focuses on producing high precision parts and supporting continuous improvement in the shop.

• Operate CNC mills (preferably HAAS 3‑axis) to produce parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, dimensioning, and tolerances using metric system.
• Edit and verify CNC programs on HAAS conversational control for multi‑axis parts.
• Set up parts and cutting tools accurately and develop fixtures as needed.
• Inspect finished parts for close tolerance features using gauge blocks, indicators, bore gauges, micrometers, etc.
• Work with various materials including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, tool steel, and engineered plastics.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in occasional overtime as required.
• Adhere to daily good manufacturing practices and maintain a safe, team‑oriented work environment.

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree, trade school training, or apprenticeship in mechanical discipline or tool and die making.
• Minimum 2+ years operating CNC mills.
• Experience reading technical prints and tolerances.
• Proficiency with HAAS conversational control for multi‑axis parts.
• Ability to set up parts, cutting tools, fixtures, and perform accurate inspections.
• Physical strength to handle weights up to 50 lbs and ability to work in a factory environment.
