Fabricator​/Welder

• Base Pay $26.00 - $29.00 / Hour
• Employee Type FT Non-Exempt

We are looking for a Fabricator to join our production team. As a key member, the Fabricator will work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to fabricate custom architectural products and components. This role is vital for the overall success of projects, producing high-quality work while ensuring safety, precision, and timely completion.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and shop drawings.
• Cut, shape, assemble, and weld materials using hand and power tools.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Installers to meet production goals.
• Troubleshoot fabrication challenges while following safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• 3+ years of fabrication, welding, or metalworking experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Barrisol
  , Fabri Trak
  , or Shade installation is a plus.

• Deliver fabricated products that meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Complete assigned tasks within scheduled production timelines with minimal errors or rework.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols with zero workplace incidents.
• Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with company safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with project partners to resolve fabrication challenges promptly.
