Location: Union Park
Sysco Corporation - - Responsibilities:
Lead the cut machine crew and keep the machines running as efficiently as possible;
Set machines up based on a specific product to maximize yields;
Adjust weight and thickness parameters as necessary;
Read work orders and inform machine staff on what item is coming next including the piece count needed;
Operate saws - Portion subprimal into steaks by weight using a band saw
