You will act as a working leader, ensuring procedures, quality, and goals are met while maintaining a safe and positive environment.
The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing/food production with lead or trainer experience, and a high school diploma or GED. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and lean practices is a plus.
