- Supervise daily assembly line activities and ensure production schedules are met efficiently
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a productive work environment
- Collaborate across departments to resolve operational issues and improve workflow processes
- Monitor equipment performance, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safety compliance
- Apply lean principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in production processes
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of assembly line processes and equipment operation
- Forklift or warehouse equipment operation certification is a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide teams
- Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
