Garnett Pillow Stuffer

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and motivated team members to join our pillow production team. Associates will rotate every two hours between the roles of Stuffer, Pounder, and Bagger to support efficient production operations.

• Rotate between Stuffer, Pounder, and Bagger positions every two hours.
• Safely operate production equipment using proper startup procedures.
• Load approximately 30-pound fiber bundles into the blender hopper.
• Request and coordinate with lift truck operators to replenish fiber bales from the warehouse.
• Open fiber bales by cutting metal bands and removing wires.
• Load and blend the correct fiber for each pillow product.

• Ability to communicate effectively by talking, hearing, reading, and writing.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times.

• Lift up to 30 pounds regularly.
• Walk 1–3 miles per shift.
• Perform repetitive bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the workday.
• Stand and move continuously during scheduled shifts.
