At Danfoss, you ll play a critical role in leading production teams to deliver safe, high-quality products while driving operational excellence. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, helping the business meet customer commitments and production goals.

• Lead and support production team members to achieve key performance goals related to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Facilitate root cause problem solving (RCPS) and continuous improvement initiatives that remove barriers and improve operational performance.
• Coach, train, and develop employees through regular feedback, performance management, and cross-training opportunities that strengthen team flexibility and capability.
• Make staffing and work assignment decisions that optimize labor utilization, support production targets, and build high-performing teams.
• Champion 5S principles, workplace safety standards, and compliance with company policies, quality requirements, and operational procedures.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience in a production environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
