Packaging/Forklift Operator

• Working safely in the packaging area or areas of need.
• Packaging all liquid fertilizers in accordance with the daily production schedule.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Demonstrate competence with company safety standards.
• Report any incidents/ accidents to your lead and/or manager right away.
• Work closely with other team members.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting and standing while wearing proper PPE.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Enduring the heat and humidity.
• Operation of all machines on the packaging line.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Demonstrate competence with company safety standards.

• Experience using a forklift.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to lift heavy objects (50 lbs repetitively).
• Must be able to start immediately.

Seeking full-time team members to support daily production efforts.

Position involves repetitive heavy lifting, bending, and stooping, and the ability to stand on your feet for 8-hour shifts.
