We are seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Router Operator to join our growing team at a high-end fencing company. This position is responsible for operating CNC routing equipment to produce precision fence components while assisting with various manufacturing and shop-related tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will have CNC machine experience, strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment where quality and craftsmanship are top priorities.

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC router machines used in vinyl fence production
• Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and production specifications
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting as needed
• Assist with routine machine maintenance and upkeep
• Support production, assembly, and warehouse operations when needed
• Use measuring tools and maintain accurate production records
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

• Previous CNC Router Operator or CNC Machine Operator experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read tape measures and work with precise measurements
• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, woodworking, plastics, or similar industries is a plus
• Comfortable working with power tools and production equipment
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team player willing to assist in multiple areas of the operation

• Competitive pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience
