Malabar, FL 32950 Duration: 1 Year Pay Rate: $23.50/hr Shift Timings: 1st Shift — Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician B to support manufacturing operations in the Ruggedization Room. The technician will work under general supervision and perform hands-on manufacturing activities involving printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies.

• Prepare, mask, apply conformal coating, cure, and inspect PCBs and electronic assemblies.
• Perform staking and bonding of electronic components, wires, connectors, terminals, and hardware.
• Apply adhesives and staking compounds using syringes, needles, or approved applicators.
• Clean and prepare surfaces before bonding.
• Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, process specifications, and quality standards.
• Inspect assemblies for workmanship, quality, and environmental protection.
• Support engineers with equipment setup, calibration, experiments, and manufacturing process adjustments.
• Collect and evaluate manufacturing data.
• Identify straightforward production issues and escalate them appropriately.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Hands-on manufacturing or electronics assembly experience.
• Experience working with PCBs/electronic assemblies is highly preferred.
• Knowledge or experience with conformal coating, staking, and/or bonding.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently under general supervision.
• Ability to work onsite and follow the required shift schedule.

• High School Diploma/GED + minimum 4 years of relevant experience, OR
• Associate's degree/2 years of post-secondary education + 0–2 years of related experience.
• US Citizenship is required.
