Job Title
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $21.00hr - $26.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4+ years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
- Ability to work under general supervision within identified boundaries and procedures.
- Ability to identify problems and issues in straightforward situations and escalate to supervisor for resolution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide information requiring explanation or interpretation within the department.
- Perform functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including set-up and calibration tasks.
- Perform rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
- Use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
- Determine and assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with engineers in conducting experiments.
- Prepare, mask, coat, cure, and inspect printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies.
- Apply conformal coating materials in accordance with work instructions, engineering drawings, and process specifications.
- Secure electronic components, wires, and hardware on printed circuit boards using approved staking and bonding materials.
- Apply controlled amounts of adhesive or staking compound using syringes, needles, or automated applicators.
- Clean and prepare surfaces before bonding to ensure proper adhesion.
- Mask sensitive areas such as connectors, switches, and test points before coating application.
- Apply coatings via brushing, spraying, dipping, or automated equipment and cure to form protective barriers.
- Ensure assemblies meet mechanical stability, vibration resistance, environmental durability, and workmanship standards.

Education:
