As part of our close molding team
, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with a wide range of materials and applications across industries such as marine, aerospace, and wind energy—all within a sector recognized as the future of composites.
Responsibilities

• Perform closed mold infusion processes to produce composite parts and molds
• Prepare, measure, and mix resin systems with accuracy
• Lay up and position materials (fiberglass, carbon fiber, core materials, etc.) into molds
• Operate and maintain vacuum systems for infusion processes
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy according to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols

Qualifications

• Previous experience in composites, infusion, or closed molding preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to read and follow instructions, drawings, and specifications
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn new techniques and materials
• Lift 40 lbs. consistently throughout the entirety of shift
• Work over time when needed
• Stand for duration of shift
