The company is a privately held, ISO
13485 certified contract manufacturer of complex injection molded components and assemblies serving the world’s largest medical device OEMs as tier 1 and tier 2 supplier. With an in-house tool shop and advanced metrology services, they provide solutions to the industry’s toughest challenges. They are recruiting a top-grade Plant Manager to provide technical expertise and team leadership for their plant in Sarasota, FL.

• Must be able to work one or more days on weekends and overtime during the work week if required.
• B.S. Degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Five (5+) years of experience in a operational plant leadership role in a plastic injection molding operation.
• Track record of progressive manufacturing responsibilities.
• Hands-on Plant Manager who leads from the production floor, with the ability to troubleshoot processing and maintenance issues.
• Understanding of processing, tooling, scheduling, logistics, etc.
• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
