About the RoleWe are looking for a driven, detail‑oriented marketing professional with experience in the food or CPG industry to join our team. In this role, you will be the connective tissue between our brand strategy and its execution — leading agency relationships, building and tracking the marketing plan, and driving visibility at the point of sale. This is a high‑impact position with a clear path toward a Marketing Manager role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Lead agency relationships — serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for creative, media, and PR agencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered on brief, on time, and on budget.
- Own the marketing plan — build, manage, and execute the annual marketing calendar, coordinating cross‑functional activities across trade, digital, and in‑store channels.
- Track and report performance — prepare clear, insight‑driven reports for leadership and the board, monitoring KPIs and making recommendations based on results.
- Execute brand activation — oversee point‑of‑sale activations and in‑store programs that strengthen brand visibility and drive consumer trial.
- Manage trade shows and events — coordinate all logistics, materials, and setup for food industry trade shows, sales meetings, and brand events.
- Support sales enablement — develop sales presentations, sell sheets, and marketing materials that equip the commercial team to win at retail.
- Education — Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Experience — 2–4 years in marketing, preferably in food, CPG, or produce.
- Agency management — Proven ability to brief and manage external agencies or vendors.
- Analytical skills — Comfortable building reports, tracking KPIs, and presenting data.
- Languages — Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Other — Organized, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities; willing to travel.
