DescriptionFINFROCK is seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, support recruiting efforts, generate top‑of‑funnel opportunities, and position FINFROCK as a leader in the design‑build and precast construction industry.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), commercial real estate, manufacturing, or other professional services industries. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong writing and communication skills to help tell FINFROCK's story across digital, print, public relations, and community engagement channels.
Reporting to the Executive VP of Marketing, the Strategic Marketing Manager will provide leadership and direction to a talented internal marketing team while serving as a strategic advisor to leadership on branding, messaging, communications, and market positioning.
This role is focused on brand building, communications, public relations, recruiting marketing, and market awareness. It does not manage proposals, pursuit marketing, or business development activities.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing Leadership
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, recruiting, workforce development, community engagement, and lead generation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen FINFROCK's market position and visibility within the construction and development industries.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to establish marketing priorities and communication strategies.
- Serve as the lead writer and editor for high-profile marketing and communication initiatives.
- Write and edit:
- Press releases
- Customer newsletters
- Executive communications
- Industry articles
- Case studies
- Award submissions
- Advertising campaigns
- Recruiting campaigns
- Presentation materials
- Interview subject matter experts and transform technical concepts into compelling, audience‑focused messaging.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels.
- Develop and execute public relations strategies that increase brand visibility.
- Support visibility through articles, presentations, and industry engagement.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and project direction to marketing team members.
- Manage marketing priorities, project workflows, and content calendars.
- Ensure marketing efforts align with brand standards and strategic objectives.
- Foster collaboration and professional growth within the team.
- Partner with internal resources to develop multi‑channel campaigns that support company objectives.
- Guide content strategy across social media, website, email marketing, video, and digital advertising platforms.
- Represent FINFROCK at industry events, association meetings, and community organizations.
- Develop presentations and marketing materials for community and industry audiences.
- Help strengthen FINFROCK's reputation as an employer of choice and trusted industry leader.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
- Experience leading marketing projects, campaigns, and teams.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), commercial real estate, manufacturing, or professional services marketing.
- Experience with Hub Spot, Microsoft Dynamics, Canva, Trello
