We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and relationship‑driven Content, Partnerships & Community Manager to lead and scale Toadfish’s creator ecosystem, affiliate and Pro programs, and brand partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of content creation, community building, and performance marketing. You will manage our network of brand advocates while also serving as a face of the brand, creating original content that drives engagement and revenue across organic and paid channels.

• Content Creation & Social Media:
  Create original, high‑performing content for paid social (Meta, Tik Tok), organic social (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube), and product campaigns; shoot & edit on‑brand video content; be comfortable on camera as a face of the brand; produce product demos, lifestyle and fishing content, educational content, and short‑form video; collaborate with the marketing team to concept, shoot, and edit content; test and iterate ad creatives and turn UGC into scalable paid assets;
  
  stay ahead of trends and continuously test new formats.

• Manage and grow ambassadors, influencers, affiliates, and Pro Program members.
• Review and onboard Pro applicants (e.g., licensed captains) and creator partners.
• Maintain accurate databases (contacts, segmentation, licenses, partner details).
• Serve as a primary point of contact for creators, affiliates, and Pro members.
• Track performance, deliverables, and ROI across all partners.
• Execute campaigns tied to product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Manage affiliate operations (UpPromote): track referrals, performance, commission payouts, reporting; ensure proper documentation (W‑9s, payment info); optimize onboarding and workflows.
• Coordinate product seeding and sampling: create and manage Shopify sample orders; track and report on product seeding performance.

• Manage brand partnerships and creator collaborations.
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and payments.
• Identify and execute new partnership opportunities.
• Oversee Tik Tok Shop and social commerce, including Shopify integrations and product compliance.
• Support creator‑driven commerce initiatives.

• Help manage and maintain Toadfish’s social media presence across key platforms.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content in alignment with campaigns and launches.
• Monitor engagement and help optimize content performance.
• Support website and content initiatives, including writing and updating product descriptions & landing pages, assisting with website copy, and creating & managing blog content.

• Organize and manage UGC and content libraries for paid and organic use.
• Identify and surface high‑performing content for marketing use.
• Support PR and media outreach, build relationships, and track performance.

• 2–5+ years in content creation, influencer marketing, partnerships, or community management.
• Proven experience creating high‑performing social content, especially short‑form video.
• Comfortable being on camera and representing a brand.
• Experience managing creators, affiliates, ambassador programs, or Pro‑style communities.
• Strong organizational and operational skills.
• Familiarity with Shopify, affiliate platforms, and social commerce tools.
• Experience with copywriting, blog writing, or website content is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Passion for fishing, outdoor, or coastal lifestyle is a plus.
