Grass-Roots Marketing Coordinator Position Summary
This position will coordinate grass-roots marketing campaign in portions of Central and North Florida, developing and managing relationships and cobranded marketing activities with Provider groups, independent Brokers and Broker Agencies and responsible for tracking activity and ROI from those activities.
Required QualificationsThe candidate will need a minimum of 2 years grass roots marketing experience. Knowledge of Microsoft suite of software such as Exel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.
Preferred QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have 5 years of grass roots marketing experience and existing relationships with Medical Groups in Central and/or North Florida as well as Brokers and Broker Agencies, focusing primarily in the area influenced by The Villages.
EducationHigh School minimum with 3 years of on the job experience grass-roots marketing experience. Prefer BS degree with 2 years of grass roots marketing experience.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
