Role OverviewThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day execution across traditional and digital channels, content creation, and demand generation marketing. This is a high-output role that requires comfort with creative production, measurement, stakeholder collaboration, and AI-powered tooling. You will work cross-functionally to support the Commercial (Sales) Team, as well as manage external agency relationships to deliver integrated marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Creative & Graphic Asset Development
- Design and produce high-quality graphical assets across all channels including sales collateral, digital ads, social graphics, trade show materials, and email templates — using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma while maintaining the Real Cold brand guidelines.
- Develop on-brand visual frameworks and messaging hierarchies for use across marketing touchpoints, ensuring consistency with Real Cold positioning and value proposition.
- Own the production pipeline for new asset creation from brief through final delivery, with clear SLAs and version control; measure asset utilization and engagement rates to inform future creative decisions.
- Refresh and maintain the Real Cold master brand kit, including template libraries, iconography, photography standards, and color/typography guidelines.
- Develop and steward Real Cold's core value proposition, competitive positioning, and messaging architecture — clearly articulating differentiation across service lines
- Translate technical cold chain capabilities into customer-facing language that resonates with food manufacturers, retail distributors, and pharma/life sciences buyers.
- Measure audience response to understand messaging that resonates and drives conversions; track competitive positioning quarterly and update messaging playbooks accordingly.
- Partner with Sales to create slideware, objection-handling guides, and persona-based messaging — measurable through sales adoption rates and win-rate lift.
- Build executive-grade PowerPoint slideware for prospect pitches, investor updates, trade conferences, and internal business reviews — with disciplined storytelling, clean data visualization, and on-brand design.
- Develop modular slide libraries that Sales can self-serve, including solution overviews, case studies, ROI calculators, and vertical-specific decks for food & beverage, retail, and pharma customers.
- Support C-suite with keynote and conference presentation development, incorporating data and customer proof points sourced with collaboration from operational teams.
- Define and execute vertical-specific marketing programs targeting key segments including food manufacturers, grocery & retail chains, and food service distributors, with tailored content, campaigns, and channel strategies for each.
- Develop segment-level narratives and case studies that quantify Real Cold's impact (e.g., spoilage reduction rates, on-time delivery %, temperature excursion data) to drive credibility and inbound interest.
- Use CRM and web analytics data to score and prioritize segments; continuously refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) definitions and adjust content investments accordingly.
