Content and Research Manager

Role Purpose

The Content and Research Manager partners with product marketing and the Global Head of Marketing to shape impactful and consistent messaging for a broad range of institutional and industry audiences. This role is responsible for developing and delivering high‑quality content across case studies, thought leadership, research, product launches, and digital campaigns that build the company’s reputation as a leader in digital asset infrastructure.

The position involves creating clear, engaging copy for multiple channels, including social media, press releases, and long‑form research, while collaborating cross‑functionally to support strategic marketing goals.

• Craft clear, engaging copy for website, social, thought leadership, and product campaigns, translating complex concepts for institutional audiences.
• Develop messaging for product launches, collateral, blogs, and case studies, adapting tone and style to target markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand voice across all content outputs.

• Previous experience as a copywriter, researcher, or content specialist in a fast‑paced digital asset or fintech environment.
• Strong professional experience within financial services or cryptocurrencies.
• Proficiency in understanding customer needs and behaviors.
• Experience with data analytics, market research, and on‑chain analysis.

• Keen interest in technology, cryptocurrencies, and the future of finance.

• Salary range: $140,000 to $160,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience).
