Help Scale a $40M Business to $100M+

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Marketing Director to lead marketing across three established brands serving both B2B wholesale and DTC eCommerce customers.

This isn't a role where you'll be asked to rebuild a department. The strategy, team, systems, and agency partnerships are already in place. We're looking for a leader who can optimize, scale, and elevate what's already working while helping drive the company's next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the President, you'll have a seat at the leadership table and play a key role in shaping business strategy through marketing.

• Lead marketing strategy and execution across three brands
• Coach and develop a talented in-house marketing team
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to drive revenue growth
• Own campaign planning, product launches, and go-to-market execution
• Analyze and communicate marketing performance using KPIs including ROAS, MER, CAC, Conversion Rate, and Revenue
• Oversee Shopify, Hub Spot, GA4, marketing automation, and agency partnerships

• 10+ years of marketing leadership experience
• Experience marketing to both DTC/eCommerce and Wholesale/B2B customers
• Strong business acumen with a proven ability to use analytics to drive growth
• Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Hub Spot, and Google Analytics (GA4)
• Comfortable partnering directly with executive leadership and influencing business decisions

• Multi-brand marketing experience
• Manufacturing, distribution, or automotive aftermarket background
• Experience working with external marketing agencies and Net Suite ERP
