Outreach Manager

Vi Living, a luxury senior living leader, seeks an Outreach Manager to expand awareness of our continuing care communities. This role develops and executes outreach plans to build relationships with healthcare providers, senior organizations, and referral partners, driving qualified leads and move-ins. Responsibilities include coordinating community events, presentations, and tours; managing outreach calendars and tracking results; and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication, healthcare or senior services experience, and a passion for serving older adults in a resident-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase awareness of Vi Living communities
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, senior organizations, and referral partners
• Plan and coordinate community events, presentations, and tours to generate qualified leads
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and messaging
• Track outreach activity, leads, and conversions using CRM tools
• Analyze outreach performance and adjust strategies to meet occupancy goals
• Represent Vi Living at community, professional, and industry events
• Provide education about senior living options and Vi's services to prospective residents and families
• Maintain a strong understanding of local market trends and competitor offerings
• Support resident-first culture through professional, compassionate communication
