Traded Traded is hiring an Events Lead to build and scale our events business from the ground up.

Traded has spent the last 12 years building one of the most recognized media platforms across commercial real estate, venture capital, startups, private capital, and business. More than 40,000 customers have submitted transactions to Traded over time, and our platforms reach millions of high-value developers, brokers, founders, investors, executives, lenders, family offices, operators, and deal makers every month.

Now, we are bringing that audience offline.

We are looking for a high-energy, highly connected, extremely organized Events Lead to create premium Traded events across Miami. This person will be responsible for developing event concepts, sourcing speakers, curating guest lists, securing venues, managing operations, developing sponsor packages, selling partnerships, and ensuring every event feels sharp, elevated, useful, and commercially valuable.

This is a builder role. We are not looking for someone who simply coordinates events. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, move quickly, sell confidently, execute relentlessly, and create rooms that people actually want to be in.

Events may include private dinners, investor and founder salons, real estate leadership gatherings, speaker series, panels, happy hours, brand activations, VIP networking events, and larger conferences. The focus will be on commercial real estate, venture capital, startups, private capital, luxury, hospitality, and Miami’s broader business ecosystem.

The right person understands that great events are not just about logistics. They are about taste, energy, curation, relationships, perception, sponsor ROI, and getting the right people in the right room.

Responsibilities Own Traded’s Miami events strategy from idea to execution.

Build a calendar of curated, high-end events across real estate, venture capital, startups, private capital, and business.

Develop event concepts that feel premium, relevant, differentiated, and aligned with the Traded brand.

Research and source the right speakers, moderators, venues, sponsors, partners, attendees, and collaborators.

Build curated guest lists across developers, brokers, owners, lenders, founders, investors, family offices, operators, executives, hospitality leaders, and luxury brands.

Secure venues and manage relationships with restaurants, hotels, private clubs, event spaces, vendors, and production partners.

Create and sell sponsorship packages, event partnerships, and multi-event or year-long partnership programs.

Work directly with brands and partners to ensure every event creates measurable value, strong perception, and a reason to sponsor again.

Own event operations, including budgets, timelines, invitations, guest communication, run of show, check-in, vendor coordination, speaker logistics, production, and post-event follow-up.

Partner with the Traded media team to turn events into content, social distribution, sponsor visibility, and long-term brand equity.

Identify new ways to monetize events through sponsor ships, ticketing, VIP access, private memberships, partner dinners, brand integrations, and premium event series.

Ensure every event feels polished, curated, energetic, high-status, and worth attending.
