This is a full-time, salaried position paying $65,000-$75,000 per year
, with weekly pay. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM, with weekends as needed for events, campaigns, content opportunities, or other business needs.
This is a hands-on marketing role focused on execution, creativity, organization, accountability, and measurable results. Success is not measured simply by how many social posts are created, emails are sent, or meetings are attended. Jesse's Garage is looking for someone who can take a marketing initiative from idea - plan - execution - measurement and ensure projects are completed successfully and on time.
The right candidate should also be comfortable getting out from behind the computer. You will regularly visit company locations, photograph and record vehicles, repairs, team members, events, and day-to-day shop operations, and turn those opportunities into engaging marketing content.
You will work closely with company leadership while taking ownership of the organization's day-to-day marketing execution across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clear company-wide marketing calendar with deadlines, owners, campaign dates, and launch dates.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives from initial concept through execution and follow-up.
- Manage and coordinate email and SMS/text marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate social media strategy, scheduling, and content across multiple platforms.
- Create original photo, video, and social media content.
- Regularly visit company locations to capture vehicles, repairs, team members, events, and day-to-day operations.
- Take high-quality photos and videos for social media, websites, digital advertising, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
- Assist with short-form video creation, including Reels, Shorts, and similar social content.
- Perform basic photo and video editing and prepare content for publication.
- Identify interesting opportunities within the shops and turn them into engaging automotive content.
- Manage promotions, seasonal campaigns, and customer reactivation initiatives.
- Monitor Google Business Profiles, customer reviews, online reputation, and local search presence.
- Coordinate and attend community events, automotive events, sponsor ships, Cars & Coffee events, and local partnerships.
- Work directly with outside marketing agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
- Hold vendors and outside partners accountable for agreed-upon deliverables and deadlines.
- Ensure assigned marketing projects do not stall or fall through the cracks.
- Assist with website updates, landing pages, promotional materials, paid advertising, SEO, and other digital campaigns.
- Track lead volume, phone calls, appointments, customer acquisition, customer retention, car count, campaign performance, and other marketing KPIs.
- Analyze marketing performance by location.
- Identify where marketing investments are - and are not - producing measurable results.
- Assist with marketing plans and launches for new locations.
- Provide clear weekly and monthly marketing updates to company leadership.
Follow-through is a major part of this position.
Jesse's Garage operates in a fast-paced environment and is looking for someone who can take ownership of assigned projects without needing repeated reminders about deadlines or outstanding deliverables.
When you own an initiative, you will be expected to manage it from beginning to end. That includes setting and meeting deadlines, following up without being asked, keeping leadership informed, identifying roadblocks early, holding outside partners accountable, confirming initiatives launch as planned, and measuring results after launch.
Not every marketing campaign will produce the expected result, and that is understood. The expectation is that you will evaluate what happened, communicate clearly, learn from the results, and help determine the next course of action.
The ideal candidate brings potential solutions - not simply problems to the table.
