Location: Trinity
Shaker & Peel is hiring a part-time Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to support a multi-concept restaurant group. This hybrid role in Trinity, FL gives you a chance to help keep marketing assets fresh across multiple brands while using tools you already know, including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team on an ongoing stream of creative and digital updates.

- Design flyers, menus, posters, table tents
, digital ads
, social media graphics
, email graphics
, and other promotional materials - Assist with Google Ads campaigns
, including setting up, updating, and monitoring - Resize and adapt creative for websites, social media, email, and digital advertising
- Support restaurant promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns
- Update existing design files and marketing materials as needs change
- Help keep marketing projects organized and moving on schedule with the marketing team
- Maintain consistent branding across multiple restaurant concepts
- Assist with other marketing projects as needed
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
, especially Photoshop and/or Illustrator - Strong Canva experience
- Working knowledge of Google Ads
- Strong graphic design skills and a good eye for clean, professional creative
- Ability to manage multiple projects and brands at the same time
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Social media marketing

- Photography or video editing
- Google Analytics
- Restaurant or hospitality marketing
Hours: Approximately 5–20 hours per week
, with flexibility in scheduling (expected 10.0–30.0 hours per week

Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour
