James Martin for Congress seeks a Call Time Manager to support fundraising and finance operations through the 2026 cycle. The Manager will support and execute a multi-channel plan to raise several million dollars and manage call time strategy and operations in a fast-paced, competitive district.

The Call Time Manager is responsible for supporting a $1m+ fundraising operation in a competitive red to blue district. This role will support the call time program, conduct donor research, assist with in-district events, and other duties as assigned. The Call Time Manager plays a critical role in helping the finance team build a strong fundraising apparatus.

• Conduct donor and prospect research to support call time
• Analyze research to identify strong prospective donors
• Pull and prepare donor call lists for review by the Campaign Manager and Fundraising Consultant
• Work with the finance team to prospect new donors and craft new call lists
• Donor Management & Data Entry
• Ensure the dialer CRM (Numero) and donor CRM (NGP) are up to date with notes, call logs, contributions, and bios/donor research
• Draft donor thank-you notes, follow-up emails, and other donor communications for review and ensure follow-up is recorded

• Staff call time as directed by the Campaign Manager and Fundraising Consultant
• Complete staff call time during EOQ deadlines

• Invite prospective donors to events via staff call time and email
• Staff in-district and in-state events as needed for the campaign

Duties are not limited to those listed above and can include other duties as assigned by the Campaign Manager or Fundraising Consultant as needed.

Salary range - $3,500-$5,500/month
