• Human Resources Intern through September 2026 In this role you will have the opportunity to gain hands on experience in various HR functions while supporting our team in their daily operations including company wide social impact initiatives related to community outreach and environmental impact
• This role will involve acting as the company representative for community service events and campaigns
• Overseeing community outreach and environmental impact efforts for the hotel including furnituregoods donations paid volunteer benefit program The Breakers GIVES website develops and maintains relationships with charities and consultsimplements volunteer events for departments
• The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and be eager to learn and adapt to new platforms
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word are essential for this position Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in
• Human Resources Communications Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in project management with a focus on social impact initiatives
• Strong understanding of community outreach strategies and environmental impact assessments
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the company in various community events Responsibilities Develop and implement social impact initiatives to support community outreach and environmental sustainability goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of social impact efforts with company values and objectives Serve as a key contact for community partners non profit organizations and government agencies
• Organize and participate in community service events and campaigns to promote positive social impact
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of social impact programs and initiatives
• Stay up to date on social responsibility trends and best practices to continuously improve the companys impact
