The Communications Director reports to Executive Pastor

Transformation Church is a growing, volunteer-driven church averaging 750 in weekly attendance. • Demonstrates a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Fully aligned with the beliefs, mission, and leadership culture of Transformation Church.
• Exhibits humility, emotional intelligence, and resilience.
• Maintains discretion and confidentiality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field (preferred).
• 5-7+ years of leadership experience in communications (church or nonprofit preferred).
• Demonstrated success leading teams, especially volunteer teams.
