Aramark partners with non‑profit organizations on event days to fundraise the fun way! The NPOs volunteers in our concession stands and in turn receive a donation to their organization. The Non‑Profit Coordinator is responsible for all activity related to the sourcing, securing and onboarding non‑profit groups.

• Builds relationships with community‑based organizations
• Coordinates all recruitment, vetting, and onboarding for non‑profit groups
• Supports Human Resources on event day with non‑profit check‑in and operations
• Trains NPO groups on operations and compliance procedures
• Operates technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office

• Prior administrative experience preferred
• The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to:
  Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms
