Transformation Church is a growing, volunteer-driven church averaging 750 in weekly attendance. Position summary

The TC Kids Director is responsible for leading and growing the kid’s ministry of Transformation Church by creating a safe, engaging, Christ-centered environment where children and families can experience the love of Jesus and take meaningful next steps in their faith.

Spiritual & Character Qualifications

  • A growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • A clear calling and passion for children’s ministry and family discipleship.
  • A life that reflects biblical character, spiritual maturity, and alignment with the values of Transformation Church.
  • A heart for serving people, building teams, and helping children take steps toward Christ.

Professional Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of Kids Director experience, leading ministries with at least 100 kids.
  • Bachelor's degree in ministry leadership, child education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven ability to recruit, lead, and develop volunteer teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, events, and people effectively.
  • Strong relational skills with children, parents, volunteers, and staff.
  • Ability to think strategically while also executing details with excellence.
