Community Outreach Manager

The American National Red Cross seeks a Community Outreach Manager to expand local impact through strategic partnerships, volunteer engagement, and public education. In this role, you will develop and deliver outreach campaigns that promote blood drives, disaster preparedness, and health and safety programs. You will coordinate community events, support volunteer recruitment and training, and track participation metrics to improve outcomes. Collaborating closely with local leaders and partner organizations, you'll advance our humanitarian mission while working in a compassionate, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community outreach campaigns supporting blood drives, disaster preparedness, and health programs.
• Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, schools, businesses, and local leaders.
• Coordinate and support volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and engagement for outreach activities.
• Organize and manage community events, presentations, and workshops to promote Red Cross services.
• Track and report outreach metrics, participation data, and impact to inform program improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with national and regional priorities.
• Develop outreach materials and support communications to raise awareness of Red Cross programs.
