Nonprofit Program Manager

The American National Red Cross seeks a Nonprofit Program Manager to design, implement, and evaluate community-focused humanitarian programs. In this role, you'll coordinate cross-functional teams, volunteers, and partners to deliver disaster relief, health and safety education, and support services aligned with the Red Cross mission. You will manage budgets, track program metrics, prepare grant and impact reports, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

The ideal candidate is mission-driven, highly organized, skilled in data-informed decision-making, and comfortable collaborating across diverse communities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage community-focused humanitarian programs aligned with Red Cross priorities
• Coordinate staff, volunteers, and community partners to deliver services effectively
• Develop and manage program budgets and resources
• Monitor program performance, collect data, and analyze impact metrics
• Prepare grant, compliance, and impact reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure programs follow Red Cross standards, policies, and funding requirements
• Support disaster response and special initiatives as needed
• Present program outcomes and recommendations to leadership and partners
