Director of Donor Engagement - Individual Giving & Corporate
The Sarasota Orchestra is seeking a full-time Director of Donor Engagement for Individual Giving and Corporate donations. This role involves developing strategies to engage and solicit donations for the Annual Fund from individuals and corporations. The Director will participate in fundraising events to build relationships with donors and manage a portfolio of individual and corporate contributors. Collaboration with the Donor Engagement Team is essential to set objectives and goals while fostering a culture of stewardship and teamwork among development professionals.
The Director is expected to uphold the organization's values by maintaining positive and respectful relationships with employees, patrons, and vendors.
