Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical team in Hudson, Florida
. This full-time role offers both day and night shifts with rotating weekends
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care, excellent clinical judgment, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of medical-surgical patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and families regarding medications, procedures, and treatment plans.
- Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition or response to care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including test results and nursing assessments.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care.
Licensure: Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must obtain Florida license within 90 days of hire).
Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required;
BSN preferred

Experience: Previous acute care experience required (recent LTAC experience not accepted).
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (must be obtained within 30 days of start date).
Skills: Strong critical thinking, service excellence, communication, and computer proficiency.

Onsite interviews are required for this position.
Pay Range: $30.00 $ 42.00 per hour
