We are excited to welcome an experienced and compassionate Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our well-established, collaborative team making a meaningful impact on families across North Florida and South Georgia.
Position Highlights- Practice in a busy, 34-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 25 and 3,500 annual deliveries
- The region’s only Level III NICU, equipped to care for high-risk mothers and premature or critically ill newborns
- Work within a robust, multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, NNPs, pediatric intensivists, and pediatric hospitalists
- Access to a wide network of pediatric subspecialists—including cardiology, endocrinology, radiology, neurology, and orthopedics
- Supportive, friendly environment with outstanding nursing staff and dedicated ancillary services, including a specialized PICC team and a full-time Child Life Specialist
- Participate in transport services alongside skilled neonatal nurses and respiratory therapists
- Flexible schedule with a mix of 8-hour and 24-hour shifts
- A leading 772-bed acute care hospital serving a 21-county region across Florida and Georgia
- Home to the area’s primary Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Delivers over 75% of all babies born in the region

Qualifications- Current APRN national specialty certification as an NNP
- Minimum of a master’s degree
