We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise our recovery patients during overnight shifts. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing exceptional post-operative care while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

• Provide continuous monitoring of post-op patients overnight.
• Perform focused assessments and document patient status (pain, vitals, mobility, drains, dressings).
• Administer medications as ordered and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Oversee compression devices, drains, and post-op garments.
• Respond promptly to patient concerns.
• Supervise support staff (CNAs/HHAs/LPNs) and ensure proper delegation of duties.
• Maintain accurate overnight records and provide thorough hand-off reports to the daytime team.
• Reinforce post-op instructions and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required).
• 2+ years of clinical experience in post-operative, surgical, or acute care setting preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to recognize early signs of complications.
• Compassionate bedside manner with excellent communication skills.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.

• Night Shifts available: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Sunday through Saturday
• Day Shifts available: 7:00AM - 7:00PM Saturday & Sunday
