• Accurately and thoroughly document the patient’s care observations, interventions, and evaluation on the day services are rendered.
• Provide nursing services within the scope of practice authorized by the license issued by the state for a Registered Nurse.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nurse diagnoses.
• Record all clinical and progress notes and enter them into the patient’s permanent record files.
• Plan of care reevaluated as needed and revised plan of care as necessary.
• Responsible for the clinical record of each patient receiving nursing care.
• All LPN duties related to home health care

• Valid LPN license in the state of Florida
• Level 2 Background Check with AHCA
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proof of Citizenship
• Social Security Card
• COVID-19 Vaccination Card
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Ongoing in-service education
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours
• Bilingual is preferred
• Personal reliable transportation
