Shifts Available: Days (Rotating Weekends): 7 AM – 7 PM;
Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7 PM – 7 AM

Staff Med Health Partners is collaborating with the nation’s largest healthcare system to recruit a dedicated Med-Surg Orthopedic RN for a top-tier, 288-bed acute care hospital offering full-spectrum medical services. This facility features cutting-edge Orthopedic & Spine Centers, advanced surgical suites, and a commitment to delivering quality care with empathy.

As a Med-Surg Ortho RN, you’ll support patient healing and mobility by delivering individualized care and clinical expertise for orthopedic cases, post-operative patients, and those in recovery.

Your impact includes:

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments
• Formulating data-based nursing diagnoses and care plans
• Managing medication and procedural education for patients and families
• Ensuring safe, efficient, and effective use of resources
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care
• Advocating for patient safety and wellness every step of the way

• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience (Acute Care or LTAC preferred)
• Current BLS (required) & ACLS (preferred; must obtain within 6 months)
• BSN preferred
• FL RN License or compact license with intent to obtain FL license
• Candidates without 3 years’ RN experience may be asked to pass the FL NCLEX
• Required to complete a Shadow Interview

Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5–1:6 for optimal care delivery

$20,000 Sign-On Bonus available for qualified candidates ready to join the team.
