Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week

• Float LPN: $18–$22 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
• Neurology LPN: $21–$25 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

This is an outpatient-only medical practice with no inpatient hospital work. The posting is for two similar full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse roles located in the same medical building. Candidates may be considered for either role based on experience and preference. The Float LPN role does not involve travel and only covers within the same building.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

• Room and work up patients
• Review and update patient information
• Document vitals and health information in the EMR
• Communicate with patients via phone and patient portal
• Process provider orders
• Complete patient forms and letters
• Schedule diagnostic tests
• Prep and preload charts
• Obtain prior authorizations for medications and services
• Review test and lab results with patients
• Cover for other medical staff as needed

• Active LPN license
• Minimum two years of LPN experience in a medical setting
• Strong computer and multitasking skills
• Professional and patient-focused attitude
• BLS certification preferred

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

• Room patients and enter vitals into the EMR
• Triage and return patient phone calls
• Respond to patients through the patient portal
• Process prescription refills
• Process orders including MRIs, labs, and physical therapy
• Obtain insurance authorizations

• Active LPN license
• Minimum three years of LPN experience
• Experience working in an electronic medical record system
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Athena Practice is a plus
