The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high‑quality, patient‑centered care and coordinates all unit functions during the designated shift. The CNC collaborates with the management team to monitor and evaluate nursing care, serve as a resource for staff, and model the organization’s vision, mission, and values.

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and quality care.
• Participate in ongoing assessment of patient care quality in collaboration with management.
• Collaborate with managers and subject‑matter experts to foster teamwork and improve outcomes.
• Support a patient‑first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
• Operationalize nursing strategies such as employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
• Provide recommendations for hiring, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manage staffing labor in line with patient needs and productivity guidelines.
• Support inventory control and manage supplies and equipment.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
• Experience in Med Surg or acute care preferred.
