Now Hiring: PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing Unit (Night Shift) Northwest Florida Community Hospital – Chipley, FL

Northwest Florida Community Hospital (NFCH) is seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing Unit for night shifts. This position is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a patient-centered environment and values teamwork, quality care, and flexibility.

The LPN provides direct and indirect patient care to residents in the Skilled Nursing Unit under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and dignity during overnight hours.

• PRN (as needed)

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and treatments
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and report changes to RN/provider
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policy
• Respond to patient needs promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
• Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines

• Current Florida LPN license (active and in good standing)
• Current BLS certification (required)
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
