As a CNA at Shore Acres, you’re more than a caregiver — you’re a vital part of our residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being. You’ll work alongside a supportive nursing team in a collaborative, respectful environment where your contributions are valued.

• Provide hands‑on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility)
• Deliver meals and assist residents with dining needs
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately
• Offer comfort measures such as ice packs, non‑sterile dressings, and therapeutic baths
• Support nurses and interdisciplinary team members
• Build meaningful connections with residents and families
• Respond calmly and confidently in fast‑paced or critical situations

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of a state‑approved CNA program
• Active CNA certification (state‑required)
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills with compassionate bedside manner
• Team‑oriented mindset and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask while maintaining safety and professionalism
