LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse Job Tallahassee, FL

$28.00 – $34.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | Flexible Scheduling

Bright Star Care is hiring LPNs and RNs for Private Duty Nursing (PDN) in the home setting. Provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care for patients, including those with G‑tube, trach, ventilator, and oxygen needs.

Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities are available across day, night, and weekend shifts.

• Provide one‑on‑one nursing care in the home
• Perform skilled nursing tasks (G‑tube, trach care, oxygen therapy, suctioning)
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Assist with ADLs and daily routines (including school prep when needed)
• Follow care plans and ensure patient safety

• Active Florida LPN or RN license
• ER, Med Surg, Home health, PDN, or pediatric experience preferred
• Experience with G‑tube, trach, ventilator, or oxygen therapy preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
