Legend Senior Living - 8230 Natures Way - Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals;
Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed;
Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements;
Communicate confidentially and clearly to other staff about urgent needs for the next shift and concerns to Health Care Director;
Manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift
