Seeking an experienced ICU RN to join a great team in beautiful sunny Florida! This position is located in the Destin, FL area surrounded by beautiful beaches, abundant outdoor activities, military influence, diverse dining/shopping, and generally a more affordable cost of living than Destin. A welcoming community with a mix of local and vacationer vibes.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic ICU RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner
What will you will do in this role:
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
- Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
- Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement
- 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) acute care ER, ICU or CVICU experience.
* Would consider PCU/IMCU experience but must have 2 years of exp to qualify
- BLS required
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire
- BSN is preferred
- CCRN preferred
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
