Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse RN or Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team at Oasis at the Keys Nursing and Rehab, an Assisted Living Facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. This is a full-time evening shift position offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned, assessing their conditions and monitoring their progress or decline.

• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.

• Prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.

• Reinforces supports and provides healthcare instructions to patients and their families, educating them and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.

• Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.

• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).

• Records on patient charts observations of patient's responses to nursing care rendered.

• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.

Requirements:

• RN/LPN: 1 year of experience (Preferred)

• License: RN/LPN (Required)

• Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree
