We are partnering with a 392-bed acute care facility and designated Level II Trauma Center in Hudson, Florida — serving Pasco County since 1981 — to place experienced ICU Registered Nurses into permanent night shift positions. This hospital is home to an accredited Heart Institute, Stroke Center, and Chest Pain Center, and offers recognized programs in cancer care, orthopedics, and neurosurgery.
With over 100,000 procedures performed and more than 350 physicians on staff, it is the anchor acute care destination in northwest Pasco County.

WHAT YOU'LL DO- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for critically ill patients across the ICU
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Maintain and review accurate patient records, including test results and examination findings
- Educate patients and families on medications, post-care instructions, and treatment plans
- Apply critical thinking and sound clinical judgment in a high‑acuity environment
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
- Active Florida RN license, or compact RN license with active FL license obtained within 60 days of hire — required
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience in an acute care setting — required (MICU, SICU, or CSU considered)
- American Heart Association BLS — required
- American Heart Association ACLS — required within 6 months of hire
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification — required within 6 months of hire
Base hourly rate: $33.00 – $46.00 (based on years of RN experience)
Sign-on bonus:
- Days: up to $10,000
- Nights: up to $15,000
Relocation assistance: evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis
