Miracle Hill Nursing and Rehab Center, Inc. is a not‑for‑profit 120‑bed skilled nursing care facility with more than 100 dedicated employees. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 6:30 pm to 7:30 am shift (12‑hour). Full‑time or part‑time. $3,000 sign‑on bonus and pay incentives available for hires between March 3 2026 and March 31 2026.

• Distribute medications.
• Document resident progress.
• Observe patient conditions.
• Monitor and provide quality care.
• Assist in promotion and departmental growth opportunities.

• Current licensure in good standing in the state of practice and any other state where the license is held.
• Pass Level 2 background screening.
• Pass drug screening.

• $3,000 sign‑on bonus.
• Pay incentives based on experience.
