• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, transfers and mobility assistance.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow individualized care plans.
• Practice infection control and universal precautions.
• Respond quickly and compassionately to resident needs and call lights.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
• Help create a positive, safe, and supportive resident environment.

• Current Florida CNA certification in good standing (required).
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable with basic EMR/computer documentation.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and remain active throughout the shift.
• Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required.
